The Sports Program offers two variations of sports training to the students of JIRS, Sports Fit Program (SFP) - Promoting Overall Health and Fitness by inculcating healthy lifestyle choices, students are encouraged to play a variety of sports that help them to develop overall fitness of the mind and the body. The students have the liberty of choosing any sports they like each day. Sports like Golf, Ten Pin Bowling, Squash, Equestrian, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Hockey, Table-tennis, Tennis, Badminton, Throw Ball, Swimming, Billiards/Snooker, Karate, Fitness Training and Aerobics, Athletics, Indoor games (Chess and Carom) can be pursued as a hobby to stay fit and active. Sports Pro Program (SPP) - Providing Sport-Specific Intensive Training This specialized program rolls out sport-specific, individualized training for the young student-athletes at JIRS to pursue an integrated sports curriculum under the guidance of skilled coaches.

As communication takes the center stage in an information-driven world, the Life Skills Development Program with 63+ co-curricular activities at JIRS is geared toward providing innovative soft and interpersonal skills to make students proactive leaders, effective participators, strategic thinkers, resilient learners and decision-makers. On a range of topics like a product launch, business expo, awareness, core skills, quiz, and skits on current issues for students to develop communications, critical thinking and risk management skills to perform. A world of information is out here at JIRS library! The library comfortably sitting in the 25,000 square feet charming JIRS campus forms an integral part of the academic ferment. Its well-designed two-floor space with an exotic collection of learning resources is an inspiration for life-long learners. To suit enrich programme offerings, research and reading, JIRS library currently provides students and faculty free access to 20,000 odd books, research journals, audio/visual capabilities, computers, print and other up-to-date digital resources with a large working space.

Children are intrinsically curious, and JIRS through its state-of-the-art labs creates endless possibilities to test ideas, calculate risk and produce durable and creative solutions in the face of scientific challenges. The management takes great care as it allows subject-matter experts for teaching roles and labs to be curated by expert technicians. Along with the new Language and Mathematics laboratories, JIRS boasts of housing five laboratories with technologically advanced tools and equipment that transforms inquisitiveness into an academic engagement for better learning outcomes.

JIRS provides top class training venue 'AQUA' for swimmers to realize their potential to the fullest. The 'AQUA', a state-of-the-art aquatic complex comprises of a 25 mt 8 lane short course swimming pool, a 50 mt 10 lane competition pool with water-polo facilities and a separate diving pool with standard fixed and spring diving boards, enabling it to host any international swimming competition including water polo, diving, and synchronized swimming.
