Throughout the career, the focus is on creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that inspires and motivates students to achieve their goals. His experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies has helped to foster a deep understanding of what works and what doesn't.

The founder chairman, Mr. Venkatanarayana is a post graduate in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University. With a teaching experience of 30 years at various levels, he is at the helm of operations at Gowtham. With his vast experience in primary, high school and junior college segment, he initiated quality education at an affordable price by starting a Junior College in Vijayawada in 1984. With a positive response from the students’ and parents’ community, the group expanded in Hyderabad in 1998 and to other parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With 60 schools having 45,000 students, Mr. Venkatanarayana has been the crucial member of the growth plan, envisioned.
