If the outstanding fee exceeds INR 5,000 beyond the defined payment deadline for each quarter, the following late fine will apply:
From the 16th of the month: INR 50 per day for the first 7 days of default
After the first 7 days: INR 100 per day for each day until the end of the month
Parents must submit a withdrawal application in the prescribed format to the school office one month in advance.
Admission fees are non-refundable.
If the full quarter’s fee is paid, the fee will be adjusted until the last attended month. The remaining portion of the quarter’s fee and the security deposit will be refunded.

Manav Rachna International Schools (MRIS) is committed to recognising and nurturing young talent through the Manav Rachna Scholarship Test (MRST). Introduced in 2020, the test offers students a chance to earn scholarships with up to 100% tuition fee waiver, encouraging academic excellence in a competitive yet healthy environment
The test is designed for students in Grades 5 to 10 and is open to students from both MRIS and other schools. It is conducted across multiple MRIS branches in five cities.
Students currently in Grade 9, planning to move to Grade 10 in the next academic session, can only appear if they are enrolled at MRIS or if they are outstation students planning to relocate to an MRIS city.
The MRST focuses on assessing conceptual clarity and higher-order thinking skills through subjects such as Maths, Science, English, and Logic & Reasoning. It evaluates students' understanding beyond textbooks to ensure they are competent and confident in their knowledge.
Test Date: November 16, 2024 (Third Saturday of November)
Result Announcement: November 30, 2024 (Tentative)
Exam Mode: The test will be conducted in person at various MRIS branches, with students choosing their preferred location during registration.
Students can register for MRST by filling out the application form available on the school’s official website: www.mris.edu.in. For those who prefer in-person assistance, assistance is also provided at MRIS branches. A non-refundable registration fee of INR 100 + taxes can be paid online or offline.
Non-MRIS Students: Scholarships are awarded based on percentile rankings with a minimum requirement of 70% marks.
MRIS Students: MRIS students can earn up to a 100% tuition fee waiver, which will be up to 75% of the grade-specific composite fee. They will continue to pay for academic resources, transportation (if availing), and annual charges.

The scholarship is valid for one academic session. To continue receiving benefits, students must:
Maintain 95% aggregate with at least 85% in each subject.
Regularly participate and perform well in Olympiads and other competitive tests.
For students entering Grade XI, the required aggregate percentage is 85%.
If a student does not meet these criteria, they can reappear for the MRST in the following academic session to renew their scholarship.
The Dr. O.P. Bhalla Foundation has introduced the Special Fee Scholarship to assist students in need, ensuring that financial hardships never come in the way of their dreams.

The final scholarship amount will be decided based on the merit and need of each student.
For eligible students at Manav Rachna International Schools (MRIS), MRIIRS, MRDC, and MRU, the awarded scholarship amount will be credited directly to their fee account.
For higher education students, the scholarship will apply to the current semester and may be reconsidered upon a new application for the next semester.
For school students, the scholarship will apply for the current quarter and can be renewed through a fresh application for the next quarter.
The scholarship will be awarded based on a merit-cum-means approach.
After receiving the scholarship, the applicant is expected to immediately deposit any remaining balance in their fee account.
Supporting documents must be submitted along with the application, authenticated by appropriate statutory bodies.
Students must maintain good academic performance and 75% attendance to remain eligible for future scholarships.
Good conduct and behaviour are essential. Any misconduct on campus or school premises could result in ineligibility.
Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarships simultaneously.
The applicant must provide genuine and valid reasons for requesting the scholarship.
