Admission Procedure:

The admissions process begins once the applicant has registered himself/ herself with the school as a student seeking admission. All students have to go through an informal interview with the Principal before they are granted an admission. An Aptitude test can be taken as and when deemed necessary by the admission committee of the school. As the school’s managing authority, the Principal reserves the right to admit a student who is deemed fit on the basis of an Aptitude analysis.

The Registration Forms will be made available to the applicant from both the Head & City Office of the school, once the payment of the same has been processed.

STEP – I

Obtain application form & prospectus from the campus office or city office.

STEP – II

Register your child/ward for aptitude test – cum interview, by submitting the duly filled application form and other documents (mentioned in application form). The application form may be submitted by hand at the city office or the campus office along with the registration fee.

STEP – III

After registration, the school office will provide you with the syllabus for aptitude test along with the details of test date and test procedures. If you do not receive this information letter and syllabus within ten days of registration, you should contact the city office.

STEP – IV

After the aptitude test, Parents are required to admit his/her child to Vedaant to get familiar with the system. Parents will also be acquainted with the philosophy of education of Vedaant at the time of interview.

STEP – V

Once the child qualifies the admission test, the parents will be a given a letter of admission. The parents are required to fill the application form along with the fee. The parents are also required to submit certain documents as per the requirements of the school with the original Transfer Certificate issued by the candidate’s previous school. Please note that admission formalities are said to be completed only after submitting all the documents and transfer certificate. The parents will also be asked to submit a report of the child’s medical history – compulsory for all boarding students. A list mentioning the documents required will be provided to the parents at the time of admission.

STEP – VI

After completing the admission formalities, the candidate will be asked to report at the school campus for the new session – as mentioned in the admission letter.
