Mr. Sreekanth Reddy K believes in “Turn your wounds into wisdom” said Oprah Winfrey as his life is similar to that quote.
In his childhood he lived with his family in a small village called Peremulla in VeldurthiMandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. He says that his father was strict, but he was in the mood to be introvert during his teenage years. After working his way through college he became interested in many fields like religious literature, law, accountancy, entrepreneurship and media and got his first job as a tutor for a local tutorial at Amberpet, Hyderabad.
His emotional style did not go down well for accountancy tutoring so he was transferred to an ailing daytime chartered accountancy programme. After Mr.Reddy took over, the daily classes to school going students took off and this later led to his own programme – KKM Educational Society for urban poor and established Rose Buds Educational Institutions in late 1980’s. The Rose Buds has proved to be one of the most successful and highly effective programmes of all time in that area and transformed many children from slums and semi-urban locality into passionate entrepreneurs, leaders, employees, service providers, etc., It has broken many social and cultural barriers such as poverty, class, race, language, community issues.
Mr. Reddy, being the founder member of Pre-primary educational forum in the then AP revolutionised the pre-primary education. He then took part in national level pre-primary program development under the name of Bachpan as the Regional Director. He has also remained a powerful role model for Child, educated unemployed youth and Women empowerment in particular. He is credited with promoting an intimate educational form on child rights and education, which has been imitated across the states.
In recent years, he has focused on issues of self-improvement, employment and entreneurship. His fight against the mal-education, mal-nutrition has also been a big issue in the field. His subsequent lectures on edu-nutrition went viral in field. Mr Reddy has promoted many educational programs, which have focused on ‘the aspect of taking responsibility for your life – not changing your circumstances, but changing the way you look at your life’, not only employee but also employer, being employed in the case of education, etc., are worthy contributions.

He is a man who believes in “Education is life”. He is a philanthropist, also a renowned and accomplished educationist. He aims at making education available to every child as-well-as to provide the aspirants with holistic education which helps them in making their future bright, which in return leads to build a better Nation. Apart from all these he hold’s the respectful and highly responsible position of the Treasurer of Telangana Recognized School’s Management Association. His innovative ideas help the RBH’ians to excel in the healthy and sportive competition of gaining knowledge.
Mr. Reddy also forsees into the emerging careers that come along and visualize how the nation will shape when each generation graduates and exhibit out and out qualities of humanity and the disciplines that they would master.
