ADMISSION

Rules

Registration: Registration/Admission forms for new admissions are available from the school office along with the prospectus at a cost of Rs. 1000/- with the Registration form. With Registration student can attempt the entrance test. Selection is made on the basis of test and interview so as to determine the capabilities of the child to pursue the prescribed class.

Age: for the admission to LKG the child should complete the age of 3.5 years on 1st April of the year of admission.

Birth Certificate.
Two Stamp Size coloured photographs.
Documents required at the time of Admission:

Character Certificate.
Transfer Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Medical Fitness Certificate.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fee should be deposited between 1st to 10th of every month failing which a fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged per day . (Fee counter will remain closed from 26th day to 30th/31st day of the month. In the next month the name of the defaulter will be struck off and re-admission may be taken after depositing Rs. 200/- as Re-admission Fee.)

Fee of the month of March is to be deposited upto 21st Feb. positively. Failing which the student will debarred from the Annual Examination.

Last date for acceptance of school fee without late fine is 10th of the month.

Late fee deposit fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged with the fee of month. ( After due date)
Fee will not be accepted after the 25th of the Month.
Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted up to 25st of the next month with a fine Rs. 20/- only.
Name of the defaulter will be struck off the schools rolls in the case of non payment of the fee for two month as per rules given above with and further intimation to concerned.
Advance fee on Quarterly, Half Year and Annual basis is also accepted.

1. Fighting

Children are supposed to stay disciplined in school campus. If they are caught fighting, no matter whether it is verbal or physical, they may be suspended from school. Teach your child to avoid getting into any kind of fight in school.

2. Sever Teasing

If your child has a habit of teasing other children, make sure you help her know the limit because if she is caught by the principal or senior authority of the school of teasing anyone severely, she may get suspended from school.

3. School Property Damage

A student who damages/vandalizes/defaces school property will be held responsible for those actions. The student may be subject to disciplinary consequences including possibility of restitution, suspension, expulsion, and exclusion from school activities. Any damage to school property/graffiti may result in legal consequences. Examples may include toilet papering, spray-painting, etc.

4. Wearing Inappropriate Dress

Schools usually have uniforms and if not, it is expected from boys and girls to be dressed properly when they enter the school campus. Make sure your child is decently dressed when she goes to school.

5. Bringing Fireworks in School

Fireworks turn out very dangerous and so bringing fireworks or crackers in school is prohibited. Even if there is a celebration, do not allow your child to take them to school.

6. Funky Hairstyle

Mind the hairstyle your child keeps when going to school. A slight deviation from the formal look can be of no problem, but if your child has weird hairstyle, she may get a warning or perhaps get short term suspension from school.
