Sri Dr. M. Mohan Babu

Sri Dr. M. Mohan Babu endows an illustrious personality which is a rare amalgamation of brilliant artiste, visionary educationist, people’s leader and humble philanthropist. His four decades of exemplary contribution to art and cinema started way back in 1975. He played all kinds of roles and created deep-seated impression and impact with his versatility, matchless dialogue delivery and sublime histrionics. As a producer for more than 65 films, he has generated direct employment for high class technicians to support staff, besides that with his empathetic attitude he has supported their families in all their needs. Owing to his distinguished service in the fields of creative arts and cinema and his love to serve people, he was nominated to Rajya Sabha in 1995. He is known for his crusade against corruption and has led many rallies with large public representation and delegations to the Government.
As a visionary, he always believed that high quality educational Institutions alone can shape a better nation. With passion, commitment and missionary zeal, he established Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust in 1992 to serve the noble cause of providing quality education in the backward region of Rayalaseema. With his relentless efforts, he established many excellent educational institutions offering education in engineering, pharmacy, management, nursing, arts, commerce and sciences besides schools which have now become nationally accredited centers of excellence with over 13,000 students pursuing education in varied disciplines. These institutions have created direct employment to more than 2500 teaching and non-teaching staff.
He loves to remain as a humble philanthropist. His unstinting financial support helped many organizations to serve the deprived sections of the society to the fullest. Sri Dr. M. Mohan Babu encourages the farmers to use green practices for higher yields and he also encourages Dairy Farming.
Mr. Vishnu Manchu
Founder and Chairman
Chairman Vishnu Manchu did his bachelors in Computer Sciences and Information technology. He is into the career of film acting and production. He acted in many successful movies and is known for his passion and commitment for his profession.
Besides his career in acting, his business acumen made him a successful technopreneur. He started his production house 24 Frames Factory in 2007 and heads ThinkSmart, which provides pre-production, production and post-production services of highest standards to various production houses in the country.
He is a futuristic educationist and is keen to bring in reforms into education delivery with the introduction of technology and multimedia. He is on a mission mode to transform this elite education group into a world class university. He recently started a chain of pre-schools and full-fledged schools under the name Spring Board in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Orissa and Maharashtra. Also NYA, an International Curriculum School was started recently in Hyderabad under his stewardship.
He is also a highly environmentally conscious person and launched the Army Green initiative with several students from the Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Institutions as volunteers to bring about environmental awareness, progress and development in the various villages of Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Vishnu also actively initiated Dr. Mohan Babu Rural Health Scheme which has been focusing health for all. Under the scheme a comprehensive digital health database of the villages are maintained for effective use in monitoring the people’s health.
He is an avid lover of art and he established Vishnu Manchu Art Foundation (VMAF) in 2009 to bridge the gap between artists and art lovers. VMAF helps amateur artists and exhibits their works at the Annual Symposium.
Mrs. Viranica Manchu
Founder and Director
Viranica Manchu is the founder and director of New York Academy. Having completed her schooling in the US, she has long cherished the dream to introduce a quality progressive American international school to Hyderabad, which already has a reputation for being a center for education. New York Academy is yet another feather in Hyderabad’s cap.
Her late grandfather, the renowned educationalist C.C. Reddy of Visu Consultants Ltd., who had helped over 150,000 students to pursue studies in America, also inspires Viranica. New York Academy is a progressive American School where children develop their social and emotional intelligence as well as high achievement in the academics.

Ms.Santoshi is our Head for HR Dept bringing more than 23 years of diverse experience to the team. Her areas of expertise include Management of Human resources, Professional development, Employee Welfare and relations, Employee grievances, recruitment, Compliance, Statutory & Administration.
Throughout her career, Ms. Santoshi has successfully led HR initiatives in sectors ranging from education, manufacturing and technology; demonstrating a remarkable ability to adapt and excel in different environments. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and operations.
She believes that a strong, motivated, and well-supported team is the foundation of an outstanding learning experience. She will be pivotal at NYA in shaping our HR strategies, driving recruitment excellence, and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Her leadership will ensure that we continue to attract and retain profound talent, while also providing our staff with promising career opportunities.
Anthony Millward
Head of School
Anthony Millward brings three decades of experience in education, including leadership roles across elementary, middle, and secondary levels. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting schools in their development and continuous improvement. At NYA, his role will center on guiding the school’s future growth and development as it plans for expansion and a new campus.
He has extensive experience with international curricula, including IBO, IGCSE, and various national programs. His leadership background spans government and state education systems, private educational organizations, and NGO initiatives. His professional journey has taken him to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the U.K., Sweden, Kenya, Namibia, Thailand, Nepal, China, and India.
Anthony began his career as a primary school teacher and progressed into senior leadership positions overseeing education from Pre-K through tertiary levels. His roles have included CEO, Director, Principal, School Inspector, Teacher Trainer, and Education Consultant. He trained and certified as a teacher at the Auckland College of Education in New Zealand. He holds an MA in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University in the U.K., along with a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business through MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School in the U.S.A.
His commitment remains focused on fostering educational innovation while maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence for all students. He emphasizes ensuring strong achievement outcomes and a continued dedication to quality learning.
A New Zealander by origin, Anthony currently resides in Cape Town, South Africa, with his wife and young son. His home is shared with 15 horses, 4 dogs, several chickens, and a visiting family of porcupines. His personal interests include family life, health and fitness, and sports.
