Step 1: Application & Assessment

• Begin by completing our online registration form and submitting the required documents.
• A placement assessment is conducted for students applying from Primary 4 (Grade 3) to IGCSE 1 (Grade 9). For AS Level, an interview is conducted with the headmaster, followed by an analysis of pre-board results.
• For younger students (Pre-Nursery to Primary 3 / Grade 2), no formal assessment is required.
• A non-refundable application fee of ₹10,000 is payable upon submission.

Step 3: Offer of Admission

• Upon a successful application review, we will extend a formal offer of admission.
• Students are placed in an age-appropriate year group based on the Cambridge education system.

Step 4: Secure Enrollment

• To confirm your child’s place, a non-refundable admission fee must be paid within 7 days of receiving the offer letter.
• Payment options include online transactions, bank transfers, or in-person payments via credit card.
• A one-time admission fee, as outlined in the fee structure, along with mandatory documents, is required to finalize enrollment.

Step 5: Orientation & Transition

• Timely information is shared via email to help students and parents acclimate to our school community.
• Our team, including the headmaster, houseparents, boarding head, and induction tutors, ensures a seamless transition for the child. We also have a Buddy System, where senior students and peers help newcomers transition smoothly into everyday courses.

Step 6: Welcome to King’s College India

• New students arrive one day before the start of the academic term, allowing boarders to settle into their dorms.
• A warm welcome ceremony marks the beginning of their journey with us, creating a sense of belonging from day one.
