Fee Payment Guidelines of Birla School Pilani
General Rules:- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Full-term fees are charged regardless of late joining, early leaving, or absence.
- No separate fee reminders will be sent to parents/guardians.
- Must be deposited by 1st March every year.
- Non-payment may lead to the student's name being struck off the rolls.
Must be submitted the fee before or by 30th September.
A fine of 25 per day until 16th October, after which the student’s name will be removed.
Re-admission is possible with a Rs. 5000 fee upon written request and the Principal's discretion.
Hostel Services:
The fee includes school fees, lodging, boarding, electricity, laundry, and hostel services.
Does not include Uniforms, educational tours, dry-cleaning, pocket money, books, and medical expenses, debited to the personal account
- Parents must maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 8000 in the student's personal account.
- Hostel students cannot keep cash; money for personal expenses must be deposited with the fees.
Fee notes:
Scholarship opportunities for eligible students in Class X-XII.
Sibling Discount: 10% on gross annual fees.
Defense Personnel Ward Discount: 10% on tuition fees.
