At Birla School, Pilani, the admission process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and convenient for both parents and students. To Initiate The Admission Process
Fill up the Inquiry and Submission of Admission Query form online and pay a registration fee of ₹1,700. (non-refundable)
Once registered, the school office will inform the Admission Committee to proceed with the next steps.
The Admission Committee will schedule an interview for the applicant and notify the parents of the date and time.
The interview will include questions on Mathematics, General Science, Environmental Studies, English, and General Knowledge.
After the interview, feedback will be sent to the Principal for review.
If the applicant is successful, the Principal will meet with the applicant and parents to confirm admission.
The Admission Team will send an email detailing the provisional admission, including fee information and a list of necessary documents.
Admission is confirmed upon the payment of the first fee installment and submission of all required documents.
After payment, parents will receive an admission form to complete and submit to finalize the admission process.
