VPS has a rich and well stocked Library with a variety of books, Daily news papers and a number of magazines. Students are divided into groups per class for issuing books and the same is followed by writing book reviews. A section of the library gives exhaustive information about careers to bring about awareness among students. The G.K section along with current news papers comes in handy to prepare students for a number of quiz competitions classes IX and X have been issued library cards and a forum called Reader’s club has been created. The club actively shares, discusses and debates on various issues and books.

​A healthy body has a healthy mind. Games and sports are an integral part of school education. The skills of the body are made stronger, confidences is built and the student learns to be large hearted. In the face of defeat the child should not be shattered rather he should come back with double strength and play with sportsman spirit. This makes them stronger and fit to face life.
