Sports hold an important and prominent place in the school curriculum and stress is laid on regular games and sports being played by the students to keep them physically fit and mentally alert. International Standard Synthetic Courts had been developed to groom Students, so that they can represent at National level. Various sports are played within the school to give maximum students an opportunity to play organized competitive games and to develop in them the essential qualities of sportsmanship, and comradeship so vital for personality development. The school provides facilities for major games like Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Badminton, Cricket and Hockey. Coaching classes are conducted by qualified Physical Trainers.

The school offers a modern and well-equipped International Standard Swimming Pool with lanes for competition. Here cadets are given the training complete academic year for both competitions in different swimming strokes and dividing by the PI Staff. It is one of the most important activities in NDA.

Veritas Sainik School has well-equipped laboratories for the conduct of practical lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. They provide an effective and practical transformation of knowledge to students.
