These fee structures are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may be subject to change.

Additional Fees Notes

  1. NONE OF THE FEE AS MENTIONED ABOVE IS REFUNDABLE.
  2.  20 prcent scholarship for all 30 percent for students who score above 80 percent marks in final results. 
  3. Term-I School Fee is payable at the time of Admission or by 15th March for next year. Term-II School Fee is payable by 15th August every year.
  4. Delay in payment of fee will attract late fine @1.5% Per Month on the total outstanding.
  5. Name of the student will be struck off the rolls on non-payment of the fees after 15 days of due date. Re-Admission will be given only on the availability of seats and by paying the Re-Admission charges as per the school policy.
  6. Student’s remaining in the Hostel during vacations will be charged Rs. 3,500/- ($115 for parents domicile abroad) Per Week.
  7. Student’s joining or leaving in a term, have to pay full fee.
  8. Parents intending to withdraw their child from the next session must give a prior notice in writing to reach the Principal not less than 3 months (i.e. by 31st December) before the commencement of the next session. Failing which the security deposit & fee will be forfeited.
  9. If the withdrawal is demanded on a short notice, the school shall charge the fee for full one term.
  10. Parents withdrawing their child in the middle of the session will not be entitled to any refund.
  11. No Transfer Certificates or Character Certificates will be issued until all dues are cleared. Also, No Transfer Certificates or Character Certificates will be issued without the submission of the Original Transfer Certificate from the child's previous school.
  12. The school policy mandates that parents cannot change their ward’s status from a higher level of accommodation (like boarding) to a lower one (like day boarding or day scholar) during the school year. If they want to make such a change, they must submit a written request at least three months in advance, by 31st December, to take effect at the start of the next academic year.
