I am Pooja Mehta, a Parenting Coach, Educator and Principal at Stairs School of Excellence, with over 23 years of experience in teaching, mentoring students, guiding parents and leading with a compassionate and progressive approach. Over the years, I realised that while schools focus on academic excellence, a child’s real development begins at home. This understanding inspired me to become a Certified Parenting Coach, so I can empower parents with the right mindset, tools and techniques to raise confident, emotionally strong, well-mannered and kind children.
As the Principal of Stairs School of Excellence, I work closely with parents, teachers and children every day, and I deeply believe that parenting is not about perfection – it is about connection. My guidance, workshops and sessions focus on parenting with love, communication, patience, positive discipline and value-based upbringing. I aim to help parents transform their parenting style so children feel heard, supported and understood, creating a home filled with trust, joy and emotional security.
Through my work, I want to build a strong bridge between parents, schools and children, because when these three connect with harmony, children truly flourish. My mission is to guide every parent to become more aware, emotionally intelligent and nurturing, so that together we raise a generation that is confident, responsible, compassionate and future-ready.
