Fee Payment Rules and Regulations

Re-Admission Fee: Equivalent to one month's tuition fee.

Tuition Fee Payment:
- Payable in advance by the 10th of the due month.
- Late fee of Rs. 50/- per month will be charged cumulatively if not paid on time.

Dishonoured Cheques: Rs. 200/- penalty for each bounced cheque.

Defaulters:
- Students defaulting for three consecutive months will be removed from the rolls.
- Re-admission requires payment of one month's tuition fee plus all outstanding dues.

March Fees: Must be paid along with February’s fees by the 10th of February.

Examinations & Tests:
- All dues (tuition and other fees) must be cleared to sit for tests/exams.
- Admit cards will not be issued if fees are unpaid.

ICSE (X) & ISC (XII) Students:
- Tuition and other fees till November must be paid along with August fees by the 10th of August before filling up the ICSE/ISC exam forms.
- Tuition and other fees till March must be cleared by 15th December before the Selection Test in January of the exam year.

No Discussion on Fees:
- Requests regarding late fees, re-admission fees, or other fee-related matters will not be entertained by the Principal.

No Refund Policy:
- Refunds of tuition or other fees will not be granted under any circumstances.
