- Application form provided with the prospectus duly filled in all respects along with the certified photocopy of birth certificate and marks sheet of the class last attended must be submitted in the School Administrative Office between 9 AM to 1.30 PM on all working days.
- Parents must be present at the time of admission.
- Parents or guardian of a new student seeking admission must note that the following attachments are absolutely necessary at the time of admission.
- For admission in class I, original date of birth certificate from Municipality/Nagar Nigam/Cantt. Board/ Gram Pradhan will be required. Certificate issued by Nursing Home/Hospital will not be accepted.
- One recent passport size photograph of the child must be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
- One recent passport size photograph of the child with his/her parents to be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
- A new student joining class II or above cannot be admitted unless his previous school's transfer certificate is produced. The T.C. must be countersigned by the Education Officer/District inspector of school in the state where the school is situated.
- Admission to class XI will be based on the result of the class X and the admission formalities will be completed only after the submission of original T.C. duly countersigned by Education Officer/District Inspector of school in the state where the school is situated.
- The admission fee, development charges and the first instalment of the tuition fee must be paid in advance to complete the admission formalities. After the completion of the admission process, the admission fee, tuition fee and development charges will not be refunded under any circumstances or situations.
- The management reserves the right to admit students seeking admission to the school.

- All applications for Transfer Certificate must reach the school office by 15th April. In case any delay in the submission of the application after 15th April, additional fee for one month will be charged.
- No transfer Certificate is issued unless all the dues are cleared. An application for a T.C. must be submitted on the prescribed form available from the School Office and must be signed by the parents.
- Transfer Certificate will be issued after 5 days/ 10 days (if T.C is to be countersigned) of submission of the application for the T.C.
- Any Certificate (D.O.B. Certificate, Certificate for Bonafide Student, Fee Certificate and Character Certificate etc.) will be issued after 5 days of submission of application for the same.

The school is the gate way to SGRR Institute of science & technology and Shri Mahant Indresh Hospital and medical college. It has a magnificent school building equipped with modern aminities. It has a team of highly qualified, motivated and hardworking teachers. It has a huge play ground having facilities like basket ball court, volley ball court, hand ball ground, football field , badminton court and cricket practice pitches. The school is having a club of students performing martial arts too. The school is running classes from I to XII and is offering streams science, commerce and humanities for classes XI and XII. It is to proclaim that the school is the only school in the town to offer new subject Biotechnology as an elective subject for classes XI and XII. Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School Patel nagar has achieved high water mark by distinguished performance of the students in the field of academics, extra curricular activities, sports, finearts and in many other inter school competitions. |
