Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya Fee Structure for 2027-2028

These fee structures are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may be subject to change.

Additional Fees Notes

  • A penalty @2% per month will be charged for late payment of the instalment.
  • Imprest Rs. 80000/- balance to be maintained at the time of payment of both installments.
  • The school will charge extra fees for conducting special academic/ activity classes, out station travel for participation in events.
  • Part payment of instalment will not be accepted in any case.
  • The payment should be made through Bank Draft issued by a nationalized bank or a scheduled bank in favor of "Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya" payable at Gwalior. Cheques / cash payment are not accepted in any case.
  • The names of the students who default in payment shall be struck off the rolls of the Vidyalaya at the end of the term for which the fee is in arrears.
  • No student shall be permitted to attend classes without proof of payment of fees.
  • In case of RTGS/ NEFT/ direct deposit / direct transfer please email the Scanned copy of pay in slip/RTGS Number/bank statements with student name & school code for issuing the fee receipts.
  • Parents are requested to give a notice in writing of intended withdrawal with a minimum of 3 months' notice.
