Step 1: Application Form Purchase & Submission

Students must purchase and submit the online application form.

The application form can be obtained in two ways:

Online Mode: Available on the official website, where students can fill and submit the form online.

Offline Mode: Available at the campus, where students can collect, complete, and submit the form in person.

Ensure all required documents are attached during submission, as incomplete applications may be rejected or delayed.

Step 2: Baseline Test / ODM Scholarship Admission Test (OSAT)

After submission, students must appear for an assessment test based on their class level:

Baseline Test: For students applying to Class III to Class IX. This test evaluates their fundamental academic skills.

ODM Scholarship Admission Test (OSAT): For students applying to Class XI. This test assesses academic proficiency and eligibility for scholarships.

Students who achieve the required scores in their respective tests will qualify for admission.

Test results will be communicated through official channels.

Step 3: Personal Interview (If Required) (Optional)

A personal interview may be required in the following cases:

If the student does not perform well in the Baseline Test/OSAT.

If the admission team has reservations regarding the application due to academic gaps, inconsistent documents, or other concerns.

The interview will be conducted by an admission panel to evaluate the student’s suitability.

The final admission decision will be based on interview performance.

Final Admission Confirmation

Students who successfully complete all required steps will receive an official admission offer.

To confirm admission, students and guardians must:

Complete necessary formalities.

Submit required documents.

Pay the admission fee within the stipulated deadline.

• The withdrawal policy depends on the timing of the withdrawal:

  1. Immediate Withdrawal: If a student withdraws within a day or two after admission, the case is assessed accordingly.

  2. Pre-Session Withdrawal: If a student withdraws a few months before classes commence, different considerations apply.

  3. Mid-Session Withdrawal: If the withdrawal occurs after the academic session has started, the reason for withdrawal is thoroughly evaluated, and specific policies come into effect.

Transparency in Admission Process

• To ensure complete transparency:

  • Parents receive a detailed 7-8 page Terms and Conditions document.

  • Parents are required to read, sign each page, and return the document as part of the admission process.
