Optional Facilities
- Air conditioned hostel room on sharing basis if opted, an additional fee of Rs 40,000 for 2025-26 will be applicable.
- Special dietary needs if opted an additional fee of Rs 40,000 for 2025-26 will be applicable.
- Student airport pick and drop for Mumbai, Pune, an additional fee will be applicable
Policy Benefits
- Sibling concession 10% - Existing parent applying for sibling (student of same parents) admission will get 10% rebate per annum on tuition fees of sibling grade level fees for the particular academic year. (* refer sibling policy)
- Parent Referral Bonus 10% - Existing parent / Alumni Student/Ex - Parent Avail 10% referral bonus for every confirmed student.
- Modes of Payment : Cheque / DD / RTGS / Wire Transfer / Online payment.
Personal Imprest Amount:
- A contingency account is maintained for all students, which is like a current account which covers uniform, text books, note books, stationery, field trips, weekly activity, personal requirements, external, examination fees, local conveyance for vacation drop/pick up at pune, medical checkup, first aid and medicines, hair cutting, cobbler, tailor, laundry, photocopy, telephone/fax, weekly tuck and postage, house outing & refreshment during outing, material cost during participation in activities etc.
- A detailed statement of imprest account will be provided to the parents monthly.
- Any CAS related activities and CAS excursion expenses will be additional.
- All VGS students are covered under group mediclaim insurance policy. Premium paid for the said mediclaim policy will be deducted from student imprest account. Excursion international/domestic will be additional.
- An examination fees will be applicable for grade-X & grade-XII respectively
Late Fee:
- Payment arriving after expiry of pay by date (mentioned in payment options) shall attract late fee payment penalty of INR 100/- per day.
