Leaders Message

Mr. Rajkumar Kandoi

Chairman

Welcome to the Mayoor School Jaipur under the aegis of Mayo College General Council where excellence in education and student-oriented learning holds the priority. Our institution has come into existence to promote education and culture in all aspects to achieve and fulfil the mission statement that we believe in.

Choosing where to start your education is a major decision and I believe that Mayoor School Jaipur will be a choice you will not regret, especially if you are ambitious and determined to succeed. The school aims to provide unmatched qualitative education par excellence. Our focus is to train children to become autonomous learners.

Mayoor School Jaipur prides itself on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual development of its students. We strive to impart knowledge that encompasses the integrated curriculum (Cambridge International and CBSE) of the institution as well as that of the world that lies beyond the classroom. We endeavour to shape well- rounded personalities that will contribute positively to society. We shape our students for a globalized future, where changes take place every second and decision have to be taken on the spot.

A child's mind is a highly productive machine. Teachers need to make sure that they tune this machine in such a manner that it becomes respective. The staff at Mayoor School Jaipur are highly committed to the aims and ethos of the school and dedicated to developing the full potential of all.

Success at school begins at home. Parents are the single most important variable in a child's schooling. Parents model both silent and spoken language in front of their children daily. The close partnership between home and school is one of the exceptional strengths at Mayor School Jaipur. Hopefully, we can provide time for our children to be children. The reality of the adult world will be there all too soon. As children grow and learn, they find joy and satisfaction in working closely with their families towards a common goal. Such is the case with the students at Mayoor School Jaipur.

Mr. Naman Kandoi

Director

As we stand on the precipice of the post-Al era, where the familiar landscapes of knowledge and work are undergoing unprecedented transformations, it becomes imperative to address the evolving purpose of education. We find ourselves In an age where the traditional paths to meaning and fulfillment are becoming increasingly elusive, giving rise to feelings of futility and absurdity. However, this very absurdity, as described by the great philosopher Albert Camus, can be the key to unlocking a profound sense of happiness and purpose.

The Nihilistic Void of Meaning - The Search for Existential Purpose In an age characterized by technological advancements and artificial intelligence. the once-clear connections between knowledge work and meaning have started to dissolve. The very fabric of the professional landscape has shifted, leaving many individuals grappling with a sense of nihilism-a void of meaning in their pursuits. The traditional pathways of seeking fulfillment through work are losing their relevance as the definitions of work, success, and purpose are being redefined. This vacuum of purpose can lead to disillusionment and an existential crisis.

Embracing the Absurd - From Existential Crisis to Liberation Absurdism is the clash between our innate desire for meaning and the inherent meaninglessness of the universe. While this clash might seem disheartening, it is the very root of liberation. Instead of succumbing to despair, embracing the absurdity of life can lead to a profound form of freedom. This freedom comes from the realization that we are not bound by the conventional narratives of meaning and success. By accepting that life's inherent absurdity defies rational explanations, we free ourselves from the pressure to conform to traditional norms and values.

Educational Approach - Nurturing Happiness in Absurdity in this shifting landscape. Mayoor School Jaipur recognizes the need to equip students with the tools to navigate the uncertainty of the post Al era. Rather than imposing predetermined meanings onto their lives, we strive to cultivate an environment that encourages students to explore extensively and therefore, navigate life's absurdity and find their own sources of happiness within it. Our curriculum) emphasizes not just the acquisition of knowledge, but also the development of critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience. We encourage students to question established norms, challenge assumptions, and engage with diverse perspectives Through these practices, we foster an existential spirit that empowers students to create their own meanings and values in a world that might otherwise seem devoid of purpose.

Mr. Aji Kumar

Principal

At Mayoor School Jaipur, we believe that education is a lifelong journey—one that nurtures curiosity, builds character and empowers every learner to discover his fullest potential. It is my privilege to lead this vibrant learning community with over 26 years of experience in school education, working across multiple curricula and educational ecosystems in India and abroad.

Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to engage deeply with Cambridge International education, both as an educator and as a Cambridge Ambassador, supporting schools, teachers and students in embracing global standards of learning. My experience also spans CBSE and IB frameworks, enabling me to bring a rich, multi-curriculum perspective to school leadership. This diversity allows Mayoor School Jaipur to offer academic pathways that cater to varied learning styles, future aspirations and holistic development.

Beyond curriculum and pedagogy, I am passionate about preparing students for life beyond school. With extensive experience in career and college counselling, I have guided learners towards leading national and international universities, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their strengths and goals. As a qualified administrator for SAT and AP tests, I understand the nuances of global admissions and strive to ensure that our students receive every opportunity to excel on the world stage.

At Mayoor School Jaipur, our mission is to create an inclusive, future-ready environment where academic excellence goes hand in hand with creativity, values, innovation and well-being. We aim to raise empathetic citizens and confident individuals who can navigate an ever-changing world with resilience and purpose.

I look forward to working together—students, parents, teachers and our extended community—to continue building a school where every child thrives.
