Withdrawal Policy

Expulsion/Withdrawal of a student from the school is necessitated under certain circumstances either in the student's family or in the School itself. The norms followed in this respect are given below. Parents must read these norms carefully and comply with them:
  • If a student needs to be withdrawn from the school, the parents/guardians of that student must submit a notice in writing three month in advance.
  • If the notice periods is less than 3 months, 1 Term fee (of the following academic year) shall be charged.
  • In case of withdrawal at any time after the commencement of the academic session only Security & Credit balance on imprest will be refunded.
  • School leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after the clearance of dues in the favour of the school.
  • A student can also be expelled by the School on academic or disciplinary grounds including - 
  1. Submission of false information to the school at the time of admission or during the year.
  2. Smoking, Alcohol and Narcotic drugs consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the Hostel and school premises.
  3. The decision of the Head of school is final in such matters.
  • Misbehaviour on the part of parents/guardians with any member of the school staff may also lead to expulsion of the student from the School.
  • No claims for refund of annual charges would be allowed if the child stays even for a day, one week or a month after the date of admission to the hostel.
  • As per the cancellation policy, transfer certificate to be received one month after the application for the withdrawal
  • Security Money: Refund within one month after withdrawal from the school.
