Chairman

Mr. Kareem Basha is a founding member of Elate and a visionary with an astute focus to provide the highest standards of education. With 37 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Bashaโ€™s dynamic leadership and strong management skills have led to the establishment of two acclaimed schools in Telangana and one successful school in Andhra State. His objective is to provide a high quality of education and make Elate more than a learning space. He aims to build a community where education is perceived as a two-way process that encourages growth and fosters creativity. Through Elate he hopes to help students broaden their intellectual, physical and emotional horizons and build a strong sense of integrity and compassion. Prior to working as a Chairman at Elate, Mr. Basha worked as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) at the prestigious Arab Drilling Company for a span of three decades.

Her academic background, coupled with a deep commitment to innovation in education, has been instrumental in the development and success of the school.
