Withdrawal Policy

1. If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one quarter’s (three calendar months) notice in writing or a quarter’s fee in lieu of such notice..
2. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)  will not be issued during summer vacation.
3. Transfer certificate / withdrawal certificate will not be issued until all the dues of the school are settled.
4. Transfer certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 25/- within one week of the date of deposit of fee and clearance of all school dues.
5. Students may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
    a) Disciplinary
    b) Unsatisfactory progress  in work
    c) Detention or Repeated detention in a class.
6. A child failing twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
Disciplinary Measure
The acts of bunking school, bunking class, damaging school property, using filthy language, fighting willfully, bullying, indulging in violent behavior in the school or  bus, will lead to severe disciplinary action by the school authorities. The school while dealing will adopt the following disciplinary measures with students:1. Reasoning for self appraisal / Counseling / Written warning
2.Suspension
3. Expulsion
