Criteria for submission of application form
- Certified copy of School Report of the previous academic year (if applicable).
- Four passport size photographs for Residential Students and two passport size photographs of the Day student. Parents and Guardian passport size photograph each two copies.
- One certified copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.
- Original Record Sheet / T.C. (If possible).

Placement test and interaction
Admission to VHS is through a placement test and an interaction, which is adapted to suit the age of the child. The placement test will be conducted on the school campus.
Admission will be confirmed only after assessing the performance of the child in the Placement Test and in a Personal Interaction Interview. On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to submit a Conduct Certificate from the school attended previously.

Children may be admitted to the same class in which they were studying at their previous school, provided the class and curriculum are available.

Confirmation of admission
Upon receipt of acceptance of admission, parents are required to pay the fees within the stipulated date. The following documents should also be submitted:
- A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC).
- Four passport size photographs for Residential Students and two passport size photographs of the Day student. Parents and Guardian passport size photograph each two copies.
- Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended.
If the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be submitted on or before the commencement of the academic session.
