At The Vijay Millennium, our laboratories are vibrant hubs of scientific exploration and discovery. With separate facilities for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, students engage in hands-on experiments to deepen their understanding of fundamental concepts. The Math Lab is uniquely designed to facilitate collaborative learning, with a layout that accommodates group activities and exploration of mathematical concepts. Our curriculum also incorporates cutting-edge fields like cybernetics and information technology. Students have access to computers and professional software tools, enabling them to explore and engage with these emerging disciplines. Our teaching laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including networked computers and internet connectivity, providing students with access to a wealth of resources and opportunities for interdisciplinary learning.

At our school, security is a top priority with dedicated ex-military officers providing 24/7 vigilance. All campus areas are fully covered by CCTV cameras, with footage monitored around the clock through a centralized system. Student attendance is updated in real-time to parents by 10:00 AM via our ERP software. Additionally, our RFID system sends voice alerts to parents regarding school transport bus/van pickups and dispersal. This comprehensive approach ensures the safety and seamless communication for our students and their families.

The proximity of a well-equipped hospital a mere ten steps away from the school, the medical facilities on campus may seem redundant. However, recognizing the importance of immediate medical attention, especially for primary section students, the management is deliberating the inclusion of a part-time nurse during class hours. This initiative aims to provide timely assistance and support to students in need, ensuring their health and safety during school hours.

The hostel at our institution boasts sturdy infrastructure, ensuring comfort and safety for students. With well-ventilated rooms accommodating seven beds each, students enjoy uninterrupted power supply and access to medical facilities. Separate arrangements are made for girls, emphasizing cleanliness and hygiene, overseen by dedicated wardens. Students have regular communication with parents, fostering a sense of connectivity. The hostel environment promotes all-round development, encouraging interaction with peers and fostering independence. Well-furnished rooms with attached bathrooms provide a comfortable living space, complemented by nutritious meals prepared in hygienic conditions. Additionally, a complete medical facility within the campus ensures immediate care for students' well-being.

The Catering Department provides hygienic food for lunch. All students are encouraged to eat at least a small portion of all food served at each meal to ensure a healthy, balanced diet with a sufficient calorie intake to maintain their health and growth. We strive to make all our dishes in-house. We constantly aim for good nutrition and best practices in student health and wellness. Organic food material is sourced whenever possible. The best ingredients from the local market are used for all our preparations. There are no plastic water bottles sold at AES; the school provides safe drinking water at all fountains and coolers. The entire community is encouraged to bring in refillable bottles. In addition, wherever possible, biodegradable utensils and recyclable bags are used in our take-away kiosks.

Our school's transportation system is a well-oiled machine, efficiently handling the logistical complexities of managing a large fleet of over 100 vehicles. Despite the inherent challenges, our dedicated staff employs strategic planning to simplify commuting for both students and teachers. Each vehicle is meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times. Our routes, pick-up, and drop-off points are carefully predetermined by our logistics team, with oversight from the administration to ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, our drivers undergo rigorous training, emphasizing kindness, politeness, and compassion in their interactions with students and staff.
