The Catering Department provides hygienic food for lunch. All students are encouraged to eat at least a small portion of all food served at each meal to ensure a healthy, balanced diet with a sufficient calorie intake to maintain their health and growth. We strive to make all our dishes in-house. We constantly aim for good nutrition and best practices in student health and wellness. Organic food material is sourced whenever possible. The best ingredients from the local market are used for all our preparations.There are no plastic water bottles sold at AES; the school provides safe drinking water at all fountains and coolers. The entire community is encouraged to bring in refillable bottles. In addition, wherever possible, biodegradable utensils and recyclable bags are used in our take-away kiosks.

With over 48432 volumes, including references, prescribed texts, and popular fiction, students have ample materials to support their academic and leisure reading. However, recognizing the importance of immediate medical attention, especially for primary section students, the management is deliberating the inclusion of a part-time nurse during class hours. Our routes, pick-up, and drop-off points are carefully predetermined by our logistics team, with oversight from the administration to ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, our drivers undergo rigorous training, emphasizing kindness, politeness, and compassion in their interactions with students and staff.

At our school, security is a top priority with dedicated ex-military officers providing 24/7 vigilance. All campus areas are fully covered by CCTV cameras, with footage monitored around the clock through a centralized system. Student attendance is updated in real-time to parents by 10:00 AM via our ERP software. Additionally, our RFID system sends voice alerts to parents regarding school transport bus/van pickups and dispersal. This comprehensive approach ensures the safety and seamless communication for our students and their families.
