REGISTRATION PROCESS
To proceed with the Registration, it is mandatory for Applicants to register online via the website and follow the instructions sent to their email address. The below mentioned documents are to be sent via post or email (in PDF format only) to complete the process.

REGISTRATION FEE
The consolidated Registration Fee as applicable with effect from 25.07.2024 is INR 17,500/- for children of the Civilian & Defence Category (Resident Indian Nationals and children of serving Defence Personnel in the Indian Armed Forces) and INR. 44,500/- for NRI/OCI/PIO/other Foreign Nationalities.
Applicants who have registered before 25.7.2024 are required to pay an amount of INR. 1,000/- towards the Examination Fee.
For admission to Class XI, the registration is open till 31st January and the interaction will be held in the first week of April.
The Registration Fee is neither refundable nor transferable and does not guarantee admission.
CHOOSING THE EXAMINATION CENTRE
Candidates who have received their Registration Number after fulfilling the above criteria will be allowed to choose their preferred examination centres once the same is announced and an ADMIT CARD will be issued accordingly.
APTITUDE ANALYSIS AND INTERACTION
A written assessment in English Language and Mathematics will be conducted for Classes V and VI with a duration of 1 hour per subject. For Classes VII to IX, the written assessment will be in English Language, Mathematics and Science with a duration of 1 hour per subject.
The assessment will be strictly according to the CBSE Syllabus.
For example: If the candidate is applying for admission to Class V, the assessment will be based on the CBSE Syllabus of Class IV.
Short listed candidates who qualify for the first round of the assessment will be invited along with their parents to attend a face-to-face interaction with the Panel Members.
Please note,
Children will not be assessed for specific academic ability only. Through the interaction, the Management will also ascertain the following:
> Children's ability to operate independent of their parents.
> Communication skills and ability to converse with adults.
> Self-confidence and overall maturity level.
> To know about their significant achievements and talents.
The Admissions Assessment process will be conducted from November to January of the Academic Session.
We may accept registrations for admission at other times during the Academic Year on the condition we have space in the dormitory. Applicants may also opt to register in advance for future Academic Sessions.
If selected, candidates will need to obtain a physical fitness clearance from our panel Medical Practitioner. A medical examination is also conducted before joining the School in April to determine that the student has not developed a medical condition that may impact his/her life at the campus and that of others.
ELIGIBILITY AND PLACEMENT PROCESS
Admission and the appropriate grade level placement from Classes V to IX and Class XI is based on the candidate’s readiness for the particular Class and the fulfilment of the admission requirements. We do not admit students to Class X and XII.
In order to be considered for admission, Applicants to Class V should have completed 9 years of age as on the 31st of March in the year that they will be joining the School.
A Bonafide Certificate from the existing School will be required if the candidate is invited to the final round of assessment.
For admission to Class XI, the registration is open till 31st January.
We offer admission to students in the Commerce, Science and Humanities Stream. Placement assessments in Class XI will be determined by the School Authorities based on the student’s readiness level in these subjects.
Student’s applying for Class XI will need to submit the transcript containing the credits taken in Class 10 in the previous school.
Once admitted, a meeting may be scheduled with the Career Counsellor for advice in future courses after the Board Examination.
ADMISSION OFFER LETTER
Based on the final selection by the Management, an Admission Offer Letter will be issued.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO SCHOOL TRANSFERS
If selected for admission, it is mandatory for all new students to submit a Transfer Certificate from their previous school. The Transfer Certificate endorses the information declared in the Admission Application Form and confirms the formal exit from the previous school.
Class XI students who have completed the Board Examination and awaiting their results will be required to submit proof of equivalency along with the Migration Certificate.
GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTITY CARD
It is mandatory for ALL CANDIDATES to be in possession of an AADHAR CARD / NATIONAL ID if selected for admission.
FOR STUDENTS TRANSFERRING FROM A SCHOOL OUTSIDE INDIA
All Candidates transferring from out of the country will be required to submit their Transfer Certificates duly attested by the office for Consular Services of the Indian Consulate / Indian Embassy in the region where the School is located.
