St. Jude's School, Dehradun Additional Fees Notes
Excursions and Additional Medical cost (if incurred) will be billed to Parent.
Boarding Uniform can either be bought by the Parent or billed to them.
In addition to the above, the following charges are to be paid to the School directly by St Jude’s School Hostel and will be taken from the contingency Advance/Imprest Money.
(a) Rs. 200/- charges on account of Report Card & Diary to be paid in April along with fee for April.
(b) Rs. 1050/- Annual Prize Day fee to be paid in April along with fee for April.
(c) Rs. 1050/- Development Fund fees to be paid in July along with fee for July.
(d) Rs. 1050/- Annual School Magazine Fee to be paid in September along with fee for September.
(e) Rs. 100/- Annual Sports Day fee to be paid in November along with fee for November.
(f) Rs. 1050/- Annual Examination fee to be paid in January along with fee for January.
(g) Rs. 9000/- Computer Charges for Classes IX to XII to be paid in two instalments i.e. Rs. 4500/- in August & Rs. 4500/- in December (for students having computer subjects).
Contingency fund will be used for medical requirements, picnic, birthday parties, extra snacks from the School Canteen, and extra tuition (before or after school).
Note:
- Security charge is refundable without interest. The maximum period for claiming a refund of security is one year after leaving the hostel; after that, it will be forfeited.
- Council Registration Fee for Class 9th and Board Exam Fees for Class 10th & 12th will be paid upon receipt of details from the council in September.
