The building of Shah Satnam Ji Girls’ School, Sirsa has been built in rectangular shape, occupies 5 acres land owning the facilities of basement parking, assembly ground with three open sky area. The building offers capacity of 133 spacious and ventilated rooms including commodious laboratories, activity hall, conference hall and a capacious library.

The Biology, Chemistry, Physics laboratories here are creatively designed with the latest equipment and technology, helping the students carry out real experiments to have first-hand knowledge. Here, students are made to use the models and understand different scientific theories and concepts. Anatomy models, Physics Science kits and Chemistry Science kits make it easy to understand the complex theories of science. The students can retain the knowledge forever when they see the experiments being performed in their presence.

The institute provides the facility of Computer Labs to create structure learning environments for the students and to train them in the latest technological and computing advancements. Here, the well-equipped computer labs are furnished with multimedia systems, and supervised, fast internet connection round the clock to prepare the students for a tech-heavy future.

The Social Science lab is fully equipped with working models for different aspects of social science which includes history and geography. The lab is well equipped with a series of map, globes, variety of survey equipment like thermometer, barometer etc. With the help of Global Positioning system and Global Information system the various facts about physical changes and natural occupancy are informed to students.

Music is a strongest form of magic for a stress free life and springs a great relief to man in humdrum of modern age. The music lab is set up in the school to develop a love and concern for music in the children, to intensify their understanding of music and enable them to identify their area of interest to shape their abilities. The school Music Lab offers nurturing and serene environment to the students for their better performance in academics. Our music staff is well versed in different genres of the music, vocal as well as instrumental. They instruct the students through technical training and guide them with music theory and empower them to perform at various platforms of state and national level during different programs.

The School library has wide information resources, expansive reading material and digital data with internet access. It is well stocked with a wide collection of books and CDs on a variety of subjects. It also provides teachers with instructional material and professional resources.

The School houses a well-equipped Medical Room with a dozen of beds accessible during school hours. A full time well trained staff nurse has been appointed for giving basic first aid whenever required to the sick. The school also provides dispensary facilities within the school premises.

Bal Balika Ashram is a resident Hostel for the girls of class I – XII. It makes provision of accommodation to a large number of students throughout India. It is located by the adjacent side of the school building. It provides a comfortable, congenial and homely environment to the residents. It is under the Administration of Shah Satnam Ji Research & Development Foundation, Sirsa. For the internal administration of hostel and its day to day discipline the warden & resident teachers provide their services with great dedication. The hostel campus is surrounded by two lawns and flower beds. The hostel has four blocks with well-furnished rooms. The hostel provides the facilities of common room, the study room, café, mess, dining hall, canteen, juice bar and world class sports stadium. It also avails a medical room with 24x7 appointed nurse for first-aid. Apart from these a stitching room with she-tailor has also been maintained. The hostel also laced with ultra-modern facilities, security and electricity back-up.

The institute facilitates the transport services in the entire district at regular and punctual time intervals at various fixed stops to make the quality education approachable for the countryside girls. The school buses are enough spacious with comfortable seats and equipped with all the facilities lay down by RTO that gratifies CBSE norms. A teacher along with lady conductor has been assigned in every bus to ensure the discipline and safety of students. The buses are governed with speed governor to regulate the speed limit and to ensure the additional safety. Navigation system has also been installed in every school bus to help the parents to know the exact location of the bus at any given time.
