The school has a spacious air-conditioned auditorium, with a capacity to accommodate 1300 people with all its paraphernalia to organize different indoor sports and co-curricular activities. The auditorium is used to organize debates, quiz, indoor sports, convocations, functions etc. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from all the classrooms as well as from outside the school.

To make mathematics fun and demonstrable, we at SALTLAKE SHIKSHA NIKETAN have set up Maths lab for students to learn about various concepts using tools, shapes and real-life situations. This helps the students to extend to the experiential learning in Mathematics.

Our Physics Lab is fully equipped with all modern facilities and equipment to allow children to engage in learning through research. The Lab has been planned keeping the safety of the students in mind. Well-trained professionals assist and engage children, encouraging them to work in groups as well as individually to enable them to correlate practical and theoretical experiences. Some of the modern equipment in physics lab are as follows: Metre Bridge, potentiometer, Ohm's Law apparatus, vernier Callipers, Screw gauges, spherometer, Simple pendulum, Thermometer, Barometer, multimeter, Beam Balance, Lenses, Mirrors, Prisms, Optical bench, Rectifier, Zener Diode apparatus, P-N Junction Diode apparatus,etc.

Chemistry department have well equipped laboratory. The experiments in the laboratory are performed under the supervision of teachers and efficient lab assistants and personal care is given to all.

IT skills have now become a necessity owing to the increasing use of computers in our daily life. At Saltlake Shiksha Niketan , Computer Education is compulsory from the very beginning. Students have internet access and the full campus is connected with Wi-Fi and internet supports live management and educational facilities for students and faculty.

The school library has a collection of thousands of books, audio-visual material and other contents that serves common use to meet the educational, informative and recreational needs of the users. It contains thousands of quality fiction and non-fiction books that encourage students to read more for pleasure and enrich their intellectual, artistic, cultural, social and emotional growth.
