When it comes to students, participating in sports will help in lessening obesity, bettering lungs, improving heart health, and strengthening bones. Besides, it enhances various skills like attentiveness, teamwork, decision-making, thinking, and communication, which are essential in every stage of life. Sports also promote the development of team spirit, leadership skills, competitive spirit, and so on. At Narayana Group of Schools, Cuttack, we provide more than 25 sporting facilities that include cricket, soccer, badminton, volleyball, basketball, hockey, tennis, kabaddi, etc. All these sports are played under experienced coaches who use various innovative coaching techniques like audio-visual coaching, organising sessions with reputed players, periodical stadium visits, and so on. If students require reference books on any sport, they can access them from our school library.
