The admission process at Hopetown Girls’ School begins with registration, where parents are required to submit the registration form along with the registration fee, birth certificate and academic records. Admissions are offered from Grade VI onwards, subject to the age and class eligibility criteria. For Grades VI–IX, students take an entrance assessment in English, Mathematics and Hindi, followed by an interaction with the student and parents. For Grade XI, the assessment is based on the subjects chosen by the student, along with General English.

In Middle School, we follow the Cambridge Lower Secondary program which prepares students for both Indian and International curriculums. Beyond core subjects, we emphasize life skills and global awareness through initiatives like our signature ‘Growth is Good’ program, which encourages students to explore creative arts, community service, and physical fitness.
In Senior School, we offer two distinct academic pathways. First, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), which prepares students for the ICSE (Grade X) and ISC (Grade XII) Examinations. Second, the International Cambridge pathway, which includes the IGCSE for Grades IX and X and the Cambridge A Level program for Grades XI and XII. It is mandatory to give three months’ written notice to the Principal before withdrawing a child before the end of the academic year i.e. latest by 31st December. If three months’ written notice is not given, then three months’ fees will be deducted from the security deposit. If a child is withdrawn any time after 1st April, i.e., after the beginning of the new academic year, then six months’ fees will be deducted.
The date of receipt of the withdrawal letter by the Principal will be taken as the date of the withdrawal notice.
