Hill Range High School(HRHS), Panchgani: Admission

Students are admitted from the age of four. The admission form can be collected from the office or downloaded from our official website. If the downloaded form is being used, one must obtain the original form along with the prospectus at the time of the entrance test and interview by paying the necessary charges. The admission form should be filled out and sent to the Principal together with a passport size photograph, a medical certificate, a certified copy of the birth certificate and an Aadhar card. The original documents need to be produced at the time of admission.

If the student is being admitted in mid-year or had studied in a different school before, an original School Leaving Certificate from the last school attended needs to be brought by the student at the time of joining the school. The School Leaving Certificates of overseas students must be countersigned by the authorities of the Indian Embassy. Indian students coming from a state other than Maharashtra should get their School Leaving Certificates countersigned by the Inspector of Schools or Education Officers in their respective states.

Parents wishing to withdraw their ward(s) by the end of the year are required to notify their intention in writing before the end of February. Three months’ advance notice is required for the withdrawal of any student during the year because, if the said notice is not provided beforehand, two months’ fees (tuition & boarding fee) will be charged in lieu of the prior notice.
