Admission Procedure

Grizzly Vidyalaya runs on co-educational lines. The academic year commences in the month of April, every year. Admission is permissible at the beginning of each session, from 15th March to 15th April. For admission in boarding,the admission test is being conducted 2nd and 4th Sunday between 2nd January to 25th March in each session. The candidate has to appear for the admission test along with a duly filled-in registration form. The school reserves the right to give the student a test in GK, English, Mathematics, Science and S.St. Tests given would be for the classes sought. No prior preparation would be required. Students after qualifying for the admission test and the interview has to submit the following documents along with a duly filled admission form: 

Original Transfer Certificate or SLC from the previous school attended and Xerox of Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/Board/ Corporation. Five passport size photographs of student. Three stamp size visitor(s) photographs (optional). Two stamp size photographs of parents. Original Migration Certificate for Std. XI.

Session Registration Form for admission to CLASS KG to I (Day Schooling Only) & Std. II to IX for Boarders and Day Schooling are available at the school counter and at the city office. Admission in Std. XI (Sc. & Comm.) will commence after the declaration of Xth Board Result on all working days between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the production of grade sheet. Provisional Admission in Std. XI (Sc. & Comm.) will commence after Xth Board Examination on all working days between 9:00 am-2:00 pm.

General Details Fees are payable in advance as follows :-

For the months of April - April

For the months of May & June - May

For the months of July, August & September - July

For the months of October, Nov. & Dec - October

For the months Jan, Feb & March - January

If fees are not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the students will be struck off the roll of the school and Rs. 1000/- will be charged as Re-admission Fee in addition to tuition fee and fine.No reminder will be issued by the school in this respect. Fees payment may be through Cloud 9 School app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shauryasoft.cloud9app&hl=en_IN ) or Pay in Cash counter of Grizzly Vidyalaya , Near Sainik School Telaiya Dam-Koderma (Jharkhand) School fee in general is a subject to change from time to time according to the changing price index.
