El-Bethel School was established in the year 2005 by Mr. K. N. Rahman, an engineer by profession, a visionary and the Founder Secretary. The school is set on a sprawling campus; the picturesque village at Rasapunja, in the district of South 24 Parganas provides a unique backdrop.
El-Bethel School offers a rigorous education grounded in shared values — respect, love of learning and integrity. Students become lifelong learners who make lasting contribution to the world. They develop the habits of the mind that enable them to think critically, solve problems, empathize, create and make our world better. Mr. Rahman believes and involves the students in social causes in the belief that society will only change when young people take on the onus of social transformation and are pro-active participants in the mechanism of change.
Founded in 2005, The El-Bethel School is a venture of the “Kazi Abdur Rahman and Kazi Mijanur Rahman Charitable Trust”. Since it’s inception, the school has grown and established a reputation for incorporating innovative and modern methods of the teaching and learning process; not to mention academic excellence.
The school is nested amidst the lush green environs offering its students a first-hand experience with nature; thus providing an opportunity for “interactive learning”. El-Bethel School is committed to the cause of excellence in education and to impart holistic education to its students.
