  2. Duly filled and signed Registration Form
  3. Colour passport-size photographs pasted at the appropriate place in the forms.
  4. Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any other Competent Authority).
  5. Submission of Aadhaar Card of child along with parents.
  6. Xerox copy of Previous year’s or Last exam Mark Sheet (for class –XI, Pre-board Mark Sheet or Last exam Mark Sheet of Class –X
  7. Original Transfer Certificate
  8. Original Migration (in case board is changed in class XI)
