- A daily fine of ₹ 100 will be charged for late deposits. In case of the last date being On a Holiday, the next working day will be considered as the Last Day.
- Management reserves the right to strike off the candidate from the school rolls if fees are not deposited within 30 days of the due date. In such cases, a Re-Admission fee will be charged, subject to the availability of a seat at that time.
- To properly credit the fees in their ward’s account, Parents must fill in the Candidate’s full name, Admission number, Class and Exact date on the Fees Book/Deposit Slip
- In the case of Boarding students, Parents are entitled to a concession of ₹ 5000 (Five thousand only) if full fees for the session are paid in advance. In all such scenarios, fees must be deposited in February after deducting the aforementioned concession.
- In the case of siblings (only Real Brother or Sister), both being Boarding students, the younger is entitled to get the concession of ₹ 5000 only (Five Thousand only) from the total fee adjustment to be made only in the last quarter, i.e. November.
- In case Fees have been deposited via Online Transfer/Net banking, details regarding the Transaction ID, Amount, Student’s Name, and Admission/Registration No. And the transfer Date should be communicated to the school office as well as at E-Mail ID: dps.solan@gmail.com
- Parents are requested to confirm the expenses regarding the Tuck Shop from the school office in May, August and October between the 25th and 30th so that they can deposit this amount in the Bank along with other charges.
- Fees once paid will NOT BE REFUNDED under any circumstances.
- At the end of the session, Parents are required to submit the Fee Books to the school office. If needed, they can keep a photocopy with them
- No fees (other than Non-Refundable categories and Tuck Shop Expenses) in any form will be deposited in the school office. For any such instance, a surcharge of 2% (Two only) will be levied on the Parent side.

This is one of the best boarding schools I have experienced. The school takes excellent care of its students, paying attention to every need, even the smallest ones. The teachers are very dedicated and supportive, staying with the students day and night and always guiding them whenever needed. The environment is safe, disciplined, and caring, which makes students feel comfortable and secure like a second home. In my opinion, this school is one of the safest and most reliable places for students.

Poor care of students in terms of study or in terms of their health very very bad not focus on students carrier if they are suffering with any issues not even take care of their health and security only focus to make their money, make their rule in their own favor and taking extra charges apart from school fee in the name of extra classes, here students are not able to grow with hygiene they are not allow to take bath even daily
