All those assosiated with the school should endeavour their best that the education imparted in t he school meets the essential requirements of 21st Century. We are passing through an era of changes. There is a paradigm shift from 20th Century to 21st Century.The skills such as compliance and confirmity which were useful for the traditional jobs in the 20th Century are no longer useful in 21st Century.The rapid changes brought out by liberalization, privatization and globalization have necessitated the acquistion of cretain essential life skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration in day to day life for anyone to be succesful to face the new challenges. The education which integrates such life skills with the traditional classroom teaching will alone facilitate the future students to survive in an era of challenging changes.

I am proud to introduce my school as an open place to promote kinetic development of children.Present day scenario cultivates narrow thinking among the children by providing insufficient facilities. The entire curricular activities of our schedule promote cognitive development and physical development. Social development can be observed during play scenario. Let me reveal the tips for success. The work will be done successfully when we concentrate on that work. A work should be done on time without postponement, tiredness and laziness, Peaceful and pleasant atmosphere empowers our creativity. Involvement in unnecessary argument leads to disturbance which results in failure of the work. Patience always pays.A human can face many obstacles in his life but all these can be overcome successfully. By practicing all the above tips, one can reach greater heights in one’s life. Time is precious and it waits for none. So, grab it as high as possible. As Swami Vivekananda said “Arise, Awake and Stop not till you reach your goal”.

"A School of Excellence" – Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vidyashram, NIRD , Rajendranagar, taken its roots from NIRD Primary School, which was inaugurated on 17th March,1985 by Shri Sardar Buta Singh, the Union Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development. The school was handed over to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai on 11th April, 1991 by Shri T.L.Shankar,IAS, Director General, NIRD. The school was established with the objective to ignite the young minds in the pursuit of knowledge. It believes in enabling every child competent enough to face the challenges of modern times. The school had 71 students in the year of its inception but today it has 1314 students with 54 staff members.
