- Preliminary information and forms for admission applied onilne from website and offline can be obtained from the school office as per the schedule specified by the department.
- A child who has the attained the age of three years till march 31 of the ongoing year, shall be admitted in class pre-school. Once admitted, no change in Date of Birth will be entertained.
- Students seeking admission to higher classes may be admitted based on their previous acedemic records(As per the availability of seats in that particluar class).
- Admission is confirmed only after the submission of Residence Proof and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended duly countersigned by Education Officer and the latest Progress Report. Municipal Corporation's Date of Birth certificate should be submitted for Pre-school,Pre-Primary and Class 1.
- Admission Counseling can be obtained in person, over the phone or through the mail.
- Application Form along with School’s Profile, Syllabus for Screening Assessment and the other details should be obtained in person only, from Principals Office.
- The Child should undergo a Screening Assessment and interactive session to assess gross and fine motor skills for Nursery and Preparatory.

Bhavan's Vidyashram, Bhimavaram was started as the first and the foremost project of Bhavan's Bhimavaram Kendra, on an auspicious day of 15th August 1983.
Its sponsoring body "The Rice Millers Educational and Cultural Society, West Godavari District" came forward to provide all physical infrastructural facilities. Under the dynamic leadership and guidance of its founder Chairman (Late) Sri. K. Dharma Rao and that of the present Managing Committee, the School developed very fast in physical and academic setting.
Today the School has, besides academic block, a good hostel with a capacity of accommodating 400 students, staff quarters, Indoor Stadium, Swimming Pool and playground spread over a large area.
It has all provisions within the campus to meet the daily needs of the children and the best of the academic facilities. Our teachers have built the best of the Academic Environment in terms of resources made available and processes strengthened.
