Admission Process

  • Preliminary information and forms for admission applied onilne from website and offline can be obtained from the school office as per the schedule specified by the department.
  • A child who has the attained the age of three years till march 31 of the ongoing year, shall be admitted in class pre-school. Once admitted, no change in Date of Birth will be entertained.
  • Students seeking admission to higher classes may be admitted based on their previous acedemic records(As per the availability of seats in that particluar class).
  • Admission is confirmed only after the submission of Residence Proof and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended duly countersigned by Education Officer and the latest Progress Report. Municipal Corporation's Date of Birth certificate should be submitted for Pre-school,Pre-Primary and Class 1.
  • Admission Counseling can be obtained in person, over the phone or through the mail.
  • Application Form along with School’s Profile, Syllabus for Screening Assessment and the other details should be obtained in person only, from Principals Office.
  • The Child should undergo a Screening Assessment and interactive session to assess gross and fine motor skills for Nursery and Preparatory.

Bhavan’s founder, Kulapati Dr. K. M. Munshi, looked upon the Bhavan as an 'Adventure in Faith', a faith in India's past, present and future. It is also a faith in India's people who preserved a rich and unbroken cultural heritage. During seven decades and more of its existence, the Bhavan has blossomed into an ever-growing, national movement, with an international outlook, devoted to life, literature and culture. It is a bridge spanning the past, present and the future of the country.

Education is the single most powerful tool available to a country to shape its future. It is at the heart of all national success indicators. School is a miniature version of society.

The proper structured school system with values, contribute to the development of the society. An Educational Institution should tap into the great intellectual, as well as the technological expertise of the present – day students for creating a better ambience in the campus.

All-round personality development is our vision, our primary goal. Which means there is no other divine thing such as knowledge. This knowledge leads to enlightenment. An enlightened person is always sublime in his thoughts, words and deeds.

About Us

Bhavan's Vidyashram, Bhimavaram was started as the first and the foremost project of Bhavan's Bhimavaram Kendra, on an auspicious day of 15th August 1983.

Its sponsoring body "The Rice Millers Educational and Cultural Society, West Godavari District" came forward to provide all physical infrastructural facilities. Under the dynamic leadership and guidance of its founder Chairman (Late) Sri. K. Dharma Rao and that of the present Managing Committee, the School developed very fast in physical and academic setting.

Today the School has, besides academic block, a good hostel with a capacity of accommodating 400 students, staff quarters, Indoor Stadium, Swimming Pool and playground spread over a large area.

It has all provisions within the campus to meet the daily needs of the children and the best of the academic facilities. Our teachers have built the best of the Academic Environment in terms of resources made available and processes strengthened.
