- The entry point to the school is Lower Kindergarten. Children aged 3+ will be admitted. Admission procedure includes group discussions with parents and activities with children. For admission-related queries, parents can contact the School Office in the month of October.
- Admission to other classes except LKG depends on the vacancy in the respective classes. We conduct an age-appropriate admission test for each student, followed by a group interview, before we select the candidate.For admission enquiries regarding all classes except LKG, parents are required to contact the School Office during the last week of February.
- For vacancy-based admissions, the student’s Municipal Birth Certificate and a Transfer Certificate from the previous school are mandatory. A report card from the previous school, clearly stating the student has been promoted to the class in which admission is being sought, is also required.
- Admission procedures for Class XI start in the second week of February. Students will be admitted on the basis of their academic performance in their Class IX Final and Class X SA1 (CBSE students) or Selection (other boards) examinations, followed by aptitude test to decide the stream to which admission can be granted.

Alongside my leadership roles as Vice President and Principal at GEMS Education in the UAE and as Principal of St. James’ School, Kolkata, I am delighted to have been allowed to serve the Apeejay Schools as its CEO – Education in my career spanning 30 years.
The Apeejay Group has covered many milestones in its rich and varied 110-year history. 48 years of these have been committed to educating and impacting thousands of students and alums who have passed through its halls.
