At Alpenstock, a Complete Residential School, we lay a strong emphasis on sports and physical development. Our sports curriculum is planned and designed for students to develop and enhance skills like strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, control, balance etc. Sports today has also evolved as a form of entertainment and also offers promising careers.

The House System is an integral and vibrant part of our school’s culture. We have 4 houses at the school: Wind, Fire, Earth and Water. Regular inter-house competitions are held throughout the year in various co-curricular and extracurricular activities which foster healthy competitive spirit, encourage participation and teamwork, and promote leadership development. ​ Each house is placed under a House Master and a House Mistress who are directly responsible for the discipline and general well-being of the members of the house.
