and was never asked to sign or follow during her employment. This is not about a small amount of money. It is about honesty, integrity, and standing by your word. If an educational institution cannot be transparent and fair with a teacher over a few hundred rupees, it raises serious concerns about the values being taught to thousands of young students. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before joining or associating with this school.

When she went to collect it, the management suddenly changed the agreed salary from ₹22,000 to ₹20,000 per month and deducted days’ pay accordingly. When questioned, they denied the earlier agreement—conveniently because they never issued an offer letter despite repeated requests. They further tried to justify the deduction by accusing her of being late and produced biometric and register records that she was never informed about

Ironically, many teachers (including the principal) struggled with basic English, yet my sister was later blamed by management, saying students could not understand her English. This was both unfair and unjustified. After just 12 days, her services were terminated. What followed was even more disappointing. She was called after 40 days to collect her salary and was told to come in person
