- After submission of Application school will send the Entrance Exam date through your registered email as given in application form. So please give your correct email id in the application form.
NOTE:
- All children of serving/retired Army personnel coming on Pass/Promoted TC from another Army Public School at any time during the academic year will be admitted based on Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school, without an admission test.
- Evaluation Test - An evaluation test may be held to assess the academic standard of the students only if the candidate is arriving from a school other than an APS. If the student is not upto suitable standard, the parents will be advised accordingly.
- The new academic session for the year 2026-2027 will commence with effect from 01 April 2026. Thereafter, the school will be closed for summer vacation from 0 2 J u n e 2026 to 21 July 2026. The first admission test for classes I to XII (except class XI) will be held on 17th March 2026 (Friday) from 0830 hrs to 1200 hrs. No admission test will be conducted for children seeking admission for Balvatika I to Class - I. However, there will be an interaction with student and parent for which there is no specific syllabus. This will be conducted on 17 March 2026 (Friday) from 0830hrs onwards.

Army Public School Bolarum since its inception on 1 April 2002 as the second Army School in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad has been earnestly striving to follow the vision to disseminate holistic education by providing a congenial atmosphere to motivate, educate and inspire young minds in fostering ethical, social and moral values through “Holistic Learning”. It is a creative, innovative and dynamic place of learning where characters are built by touching hearts, enriching minds and nurturing talents.
The School was rechristened as Army Public School Bolarum in the year 2011 and in 2012 it was upgraded as Higher Secondary School. From then the school offers three streams i.e., Science, Commerce and humanities at the higher Secondary Level. Varied combination of subjects are offered to the students of class XI including Psychology, Informatics Practices, Physical Education, Information Technology, Data Science, Painting, Home Science, Marketing, Physical Activity Trainer (PAT).
The School which commenced with 19 teachers, 5 administrative staff and 419 students has today grown to 170 teachers, 50 administrative staff and approximately 3600+ students. These figures are the testimony of the fact that inspite of its humble start and till date having an humble infrastructure has successfully emerged as a rapidly progressing school. In the last 22 years of its eventful journey APSB has succeeded in carving a niche for itself at both state and national level through the dedicated and committed efforts of its staff who passionately work as a team in bringing a sea change in all their students who pass the portals of the School. APS Bolarum perpetually strives to live up to the motto, “Where every child is a winner” through recognizing and enhancing the brilliance in every student by educating their mind, body and soul.
