Application Process:

Obtain and Complete the admission form and submit it to the school office before the enrollment deadline. Incomplete or illegible forms without photographs will not be accepted.
Upon enrollment, you'll receive dates for tests/interviews/interactions.
Submitting a form or enrolling does not guarantee admission. Admission depends on the admission test/interview/interaction and seat availability.
A photocopy of the birth certificate (issued by the municipal corporation or relevant authority) is mandatory for all classes.
A copy of the last passed report/progress card is required for classes I and above.
Eligible applicants must fulfill entrance requirements and complete all documentation.
The academic staff will review the applicant's documents.
Applicants will undergo a competency test to assess their skills. This test is from Class II onwards.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction.
The school will contact parents if their child meets the admission criteria.

5 passport-size photographs of the child
Photocopy of vaccination card (EYPL to II)
Address proof of current address
Original TC/School Leaving Certificate
Report card/Progress Card/Mark Sheet for the last three consecutive years
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of parents and child

Admission Confirmation:

Admission is confirmed only after submitting all required documents and paying the fees.

Sapphire International, Noida Admission Formalities:

Selected candidates must pay fees within the specified due date. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of enrollment.
Parents must submit the admission form, and transportation/daycare/meal forms when paying fees.
The original birth certificate is required for EYPL (Pre-Nursery), EYPL-I (Nursery), EYPL-II (Lower KG), and EYPL-III (Upper KG). Affidavits or other documents are not accepted.
Transfer Certificate (For Higher Classes): For students in Class I and above, it is necessary to submit the original Transfer Certificate from a recognized affiliated school.
An admission confirmation letter will be issued after all forms are completed and admission formalities are finalized.
Students must report on the specified date in complete school uniform with prescribed books and stationery.

Foundational Years (EYPL): A stay-and-play session evaluates the child's school readiness.
