Step 1: Complete the application form by attaching all the relevant documents

Note: All copies submitted must be accompanied by originals for verification at a later date.


Important Points: 


  • Parents who are not from any Vidyashilp Education Group institute must submit the original Transfer Certificate within 15 days of admission

  • Parents of children in Grade 2 and above are required to fill in the Current School DISE Code and SATS Enrolment Code at the time of application

Withdrawal Process: 

Official Request: Please submit withdrawal forms via email or in person. Oral requests are not accepted.

Required Documentation: The form must be signed by both parents with self-attested ID proofs (Aadhar or Passport).

Mandatory Documents for Refund: Parents must provide a self-attested cancelled cheque with their name printed on it.

Clearance: A Transfer Certificate (TC) is only issued after all dues are cleared.

Uninformed Absence: If a student is absent for 30 days without notifying the school via email, it is treated as a withdrawal, and the enrollment is deactivated.
