Step 1. Admission Enquiry: Reach out to the CIS admissions team to express interest and get details about the programme and available grades
Step 2. Schedule a School Visit: Families are invited to visit the campus and get a firsthand look at the school's environment and facilities
Step 3. Assessment: The assessment type is typically different for each grade:
Kindergarten to Grade 2: An observation period is conducted. Character reports and a sample curriculum from the previous institution are required
Grades 3 to 8: Students need to take a Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) test in English and Math. In addition, students are required to submit a grade-level writing sample in response to a prompt provided by their academic team.
Grades 9 to 12 (IGCSE & IBDP): English and Math tests are required, along with the last two years' report cards
Step 4. Notification of Admission: Families are informed of the admission decision after the assessment is reviewed
Step 5. Application Acceptance Letter: An official acceptance letter is issued to confirm the child's place at CIS
Step 6. Documentation: All required documents need to be submitted for further formalities
Step 7. Fee Payment: The admission process is completed upon payment of the applicable fees.

Application fee: $200 per child.
Registration fee: $2000 to hold the seat.

IBDP Scholarship Programme
CIS offers a scholarship programme for deserving students who wish to pursue the IB Diploma Programme (Grade 11) but may not be able to afford a CIS education. The programme aims to bring motivated, high-achieving students into the CIS community.
