Most teachers arent qualified enough in their subjects. They are unable to speak proper english, the high school English teacher Revati nair cannot say a full sentence without making a grammatical mistake. The mangement discriminates against younger Genz teachers and refuses to hire them. They have about 12 working teachers over the retirement age who are still working. They make it seem like an achievement in reality those teachers are horrible at their jobs and NEED to retire.
