The „Smart Class‟ concept is a modernized method of education in Indian education scenario which provides quality education to students by helping them in better assimilation, concept formation, elaboration and improvement in reading skills and academic achievement. Subject teaching, using interactive boards enhance faculty of visualization substantially. Smart boards being interactive encourage active participation of students in the classroom sessions. Teachers use these interactive white boards to capture the attention of the students, with varying learning styles by creating lessons that are simultaneously tactile, auditory and visual. Access to smart boards is made available for classes 1 to10 under the guidance of expertise Knowledge Centre and teachers.
