Indian Public School, an education trust established in 1983 with the core intent to provide quality education to neighbouring communitiesWith humble beginnings, we have grown into 2 well established institutions furthering our campaign to educate young minds. With an all-encompassing focus on academic learning, over 2000 students of our school have successfully completed their high school education making us proud.983 was the year, all that existed was the Sultanpalya Bus-stand and plenty of little Garden’s, empty swathes and coconut trees and grape plantations all around. This little area was nestled between the Parachute Regiment Training Center and RT Nagar with the Post & Telegraph Quarters as a landmark. This was the year Indian Public School was born. Formerly known as RK Indian School, the school was born to create an Un-aided, Privatised School. Born out of the humble homes of the Trustees Mr Raju Somayaji & Gayathri S Raju, Indian Public School took shape in 1983 in Sultanpalya. With the aim is of making private education accessible and inclusive, today, we have two campus’ – Kanakanagar and Sultanpalya. Both different in its infrastructure, but follow the same ethos of holistic education. Our alumni are parents too and we hope to see the third generation of students soon.
