The staff is very rude I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the administrative staff and management at Holy Spirit School. While the academic standard of the school is decent, the behavior of the office staff and management towards parents is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Whenever parents approach the office with queries or concerns, the staff is incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely lacks basic courtesy. Instead of handling parental concerns with empathy and cooperation, they treat parents with absolute rigidity. Communication is very poor, and there is a total lack of support when it comes to resolving grievances. A school cannot run successfully by alienating the parent community. The management needs to urgently train their staff in basic customer service and professional communication. I hope the principal and the board take this feedback seriously and take corrective actions immediately.
