“Healthy Mind exists in a Healthy Body” and hence a great emphasis is placed on physical fitness. We believe that through sports, we can develop leadership skills among the students as well as make them focused, disciplined, and fit. To achieve this, we have created a fitness curriculum for the pre-primary students, in-line with the academic curriculum to develop the gross motor skills and familiarise them with physical activity while at the same time creating a love for sports. The students are then formally introduced to the basics of different sports activities when they enter primary, and are groomed in the ones they show interest and future in The different sports facilities include football, cricket, tennis, basketball, archery, badminton, karate, kho-kho, yoga etc Apart from this, the school is associated with Amba Prasad former Ranji trophy player U.P, Cricket Academy, which holds after school cricket coaching classes for girls and boys. We create a culture of learning where students can feel free to share their interest in a variety of fields while developing their character as well. The purpose of education is not just to produce academicians but also to develop citizens of tomorrow who are sensitive and humane. We ensure that at Grads International School, a healthy environment is maintained, where children have enough opportunities to develop their personal and interpersonal skills.
